I don’t think I’ve ever had a headache this bad before

I have the WORST headache right now and my fucking dog wont be quite and I don’t have ibuprofen. All I have is Asprin. I can’t even take the Asprin because I’m not allowed to have any Asprin ten days before my surgery. AND GUESS WHAT IT’S FUCKING TEN DAYS BEFORE MY SURGERY. 
I WANT TO FUCKING DIE BECAUSE MY HEAD HURTS SO MUCH
